This is happening. It's really happening.
I woke up early this morning and did my Jillian Michael's 30-day shred workout. It's been over a year since I even looked at that DVD. Jillian, you are so annoying. So I muted her and streamed the latest episode of Modern Family while I jumped and crunched and generally flailed about. It felt kind of awesome.
I'm jogging home from work today. Yea, we're getting that started again too. I even downloaded the Couch to 5K app.
Here's to the summer I kicked my own butt, as I'm sure it will be known for years to come. A coworker gave me a Halls Sugar Free Vitamin C booster. They are delicious and they believe in me. Let's do this.

Woo! I'm motivated too just by reading this post! :) This is my plan for the summer also, let's see how we do! (Too bad we don't live closer and could work out together!)
I have 3 of her dvd's. Only the 30 day shred ws ever opened.... she LIES. Only 3 more to go yeah right! Good luck though! Once I'm cleared by my ob for working out after I pop out the kid, I too will be kicking my own butt to get in shape!
Kristen--Yes. Muting is a MUST.
Holly--Let me know how it goes!! It so hard to get started, but once I'm going I'm so glad I did. We'll have to keep each other motivated.
Lindley--we'll have to workout together after baby girl arrives! Maybe we can open up those other two DVDs :)
Other than her manly-ness my thing is the girls doing the exercises with her... How can you smile the whole time while doing exercises like that?! I will be exercising soon too :) I've actually missed the extra hard workouts since all I've been able to do is walk! You can do it lindy!
The day I muted Jillian was the day I was born again. I didn't hate the 30-day shred NEARLY as much after that. Good for you and all of your goals -you're going to do awesome!
